Alexander Trecartin is a Canadian web developer and business consultant with a personal desire for community engagement and communications.

Volunteering with public access television out of high school, he studied Media Production in college, and after he built his first website in 1998, he fell passionate about all things Internet. He started his own Canadian web hosting company in 2000 to much success.

Through the hills and valleys of life before and after, he worked many jobs; in warehouses, customer service, public relations, and as an art agent for a few years. However, it was during the decades of owning a hosting company that he understood the needs and operations for a wide range of businesses.

Trecartin is a learned expert dedicated to helping others with everything from business registration to marketing to email management to copyright management. He was a media liaison for an international art festival for a decade, working with International press, photographers and filmmakers while managing intellectual property compliance. He has also successfully lobbied all levels of government and the private sector for civic public works projects.

Today, he runs an all-in-one website services company, and operates Canada At Large, a 24-hour Canadian Internet radio station.
