I am passionate about everything web-related and love working on diverse website projects. I built my first website in 1998 and founded my first business in 2000. I grew the business to over 700 clients within a few years through SEO and guerilla marketing.
In 2005, I co-developed an e-commerce shopping cart called 'Cargo Cart'. In 2006, I launched a wiki-style history website. From 2002 to 2012, I co-managed an online news magazine and forum. These were the successful projects.
Testing, exploring and making mistakes is all good.
During this time, I also co-coordinated a neighbourhood citizen patrol, lobbied for what is now the largest skatepark in Canada, and created a garden group in which we successfully got approval to garden on city land.
Now, I run a web services company in Ottawa, Canada, and am currently working on several website projects. You can find me on Mastodon
